When you call Sunrise Window Cleaning, Inc, for our service, we set up
a time to come out and give you a free estimate. If you agree we then
schedule the window cleaning at a time most convenient for you.
Although some window cleaning companies will do an estimate over the
phone, or by the internet, we prefer to visually inspect your home, so
that we can allow sufficient time to do the job and to insure we have
all the equipment and material needed.
When we clean your windows inside and out we work as “dry” as possible
on the inside of your home. We vacuum out the window and door tracks
when we clean the windows on the inside, and of course clean screens
with soapy water and strip washers.
The first time we clean your windows, we recommend that we clean them
both inside and out, however if you prefer out only, that’s fine too.
If we need to use a ladder in your home, we usually use a stack ladder
(which is light and very maneuverable). We put mitts on the end of our
ladders as well as a clean towel so as not to mark or damage the
walls. Upon customer request, we wear shoe covers. We ask you to
please raise and/or open all window coverings and remove small objects
near the windows. If needed, we will move any furniture to access your
windows and we trust that the only way you will know that we’ve been
in your home is that your windows are cleaned.
We specialize in high-end residential and custom window cleaning. By
that we mean, we are able to handle large custom homes with extensive
fenestration design, as well as large mirrors, high-vaulted ceiling
fans and even change the batteries in your smoke and/or carbon
monoxide detectors that you are unable to reach. In addition, if the
terrain around your home is rocky, uneven or sloping, we can install
small concrete pads to help stabilize the ladder so as to insure the
safety of the window cleaner and make subsequent window cleanings
easier.
